Q:   Who regulates this type of work.

A:   All work is carried out in accordance with the following Regulations and codes of working practice; 

      In service Inspection & Testing of Electrical Equipment 2001. 

      The Electricity at Work Regulations: 1989.

      BS7671 IEE Wiring Regulations:  2001.

       Health & Safety at Work Act:  1974.

Q:    How often do I need to PAT Test my equipment?

A:    Every 12 months (this depends also on location and frequency of use).

Q:    What happens if my equipment is damaged or goes faulty?

A:    Repairs should be carried out and re-testing of the equipment should be done before use.

Q:    When should I pay?

A:    Payment should be made 14 days from the date of the invoice.
